Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Crossglobe Travel Co maintains a strict no-refund policy. All payments made to us are final and non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of your visa application. If the Embassy or Immigration Authorities reject your application, no reimbursement will be provided.

2. We take chargebacks very seriously. Any customer initiating an unjustified dispute over a valid transaction will be permanently banned from using our services. Additionally, we will take all necessary steps to contest the chargeback claim.

3. Crossglobe Travel Co is not responsible for any processing delays caused by third-party agencies or government authorities. Furthermore, we do not reimburse fees paid to external organizations.

4. Our service charges are independently set based on company standards, not market rates. By availing of our services, customers acknowledge and agree to the fees. Complaints regarding pricing after service confirmation will not be entertained.

5. If a client ceases communication with their assigned consultant for over 30 days, the service will be considered delivered, even if incomplete due to a lack of cooperation.

6. Clients must submit all required documents, forms, and information within 30 days of initiating service. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of advisory or consultancy fees, with no refunds issued.

7. Clients must inform Crossglobe Travel Co of any communication received from embassies or related authorities within seven days of receipt, whether verbal or written.

8. Attendance at any interviews required by authorities is the sole responsibility of the client. Travel or associated costs must be borne by the client, and timely compliance is mandatory for successful processing

9. If a client voluntarily withdraws from the process or discontinues service after signing up, no refund or transfer of fees will be issued.

10. Clients must provide all necessary documents, including translations in the required format, as instructed by Crossglobe Travel Co or relevant authorities. Any translation costs incurred will be the responsibility of the client.

11. Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and authenticity of all submitted documents. Crossglobe Travel Co will not be held liable for errors, inaccuracies, or fraudulent documentation, nor any resulting consequences.

12. Crossglobe Travel Co reserves the right to terminate services without issuing refunds under the following conditions:

  • If the client fails to provide the necessary documents within one month of registration, the service fee will be forfeited.
  • If the client engages in any defamatory actions against the company, impacting its reputation or business operations.
  • If the client remains unresponsive to emails or phone calls for more than 30 days and withdraws from the process for personal reasons.

13. Crossglobe Travel Co is a privately owned entity and is not affiliated with any government agency or embassy. We offer consultancy and administrative support but do not have the authority to approve or issue visas

14. Final visa decisions are made by the relevant government authorities. We operate with transparency, integrity, and professionalism, ensuring clients fully understand our terms before proceeding with our services.
